How this site is funded, the nature of our commercial relationship with Kwiff, and the editorial firewall that separates commerce from content.
What we are
Kwiff Review UK is an independent affiliate publisher. We participate in the Kwiff affiliate programme operated by Eaton Gate Gaming Ltd. When a reader follows a link from this site to kwiff.com and subsequently registers and makes a qualifying deposit, this site earns a commission.
The commission is paid on the registration event, not on the customer's losses. We do not receive a higher payment from customers who lose more, and our commercial interests are not aligned with player loss.
Editorial independence
The existence of an affiliate relationship does not, has not, and will not influence editorial scoring on this site. Our scoring is conducted before commercial terms are negotiated and is not revised in response to commercial pressure. We have, on several occasions, published critical commentary that would have been commercially convenient to soften; we did not soften it.
If we ever lose the ability to maintain editorial independence — through commercial pressure, ownership change, or other constraint — we will close this site rather than continue to publish compromised content.
What "sponsored" links mean
Outbound links to Kwiff are marked rel="nofollow sponsored" in accordance with Google's webmaster guidelines and the UK Advertising Standards Authority's expectations for affiliate publishers. The "sponsored" attribute is a technical disclosure that the link earns commission; the "nofollow" attribute prevents the link from passing PageRank for SEO purposes.
What we do not accept
- We do not accept payment for favourable reviews. Our scoring is editorial and not for sale.
- We do not publish content written or pre-approved by the operator. All content on this site is editor-authored.
- We do not accept "review samples" or comped accounts. All testing is conducted with the editor's own funds.
- We do not participate in "exclusive offer" arrangements that misrepresent the customer's bonus terms.
Regulatory standing
This site complies with the UK Gambling Commission's guidance on affiliate marketing, the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code, and the Advertising Standards Authority's published rulings on gambling content. We do not market to under-18s, we do not represent gambling as a means of financial improvement, and we publish responsible-gambling links on every page.
